It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Mariyam Siddiqui of class 5 bagged first position in the Brem Dutt Memorial Pan India Interschool competition organised by Cambridge Foundation School. Solo Singing Competition (Classical)

“Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination
and life to everything.”

Musical training is a more potent instrument than any other, because rhythm and harmony find their way into the inward places of the soul. It is one of the most difficult art forms to master. 

Inspite of the complexity and challenges associated with music, the mellifluent musicians, Aarushi Singh, class VII and Anurag Singh, class VI won the  IIIrd position in the inter school competition Bring Music To Life a Solo Singing Competition (Classical), held at Indian Heights School on 23/8/2022.

Ishika kaushik of Grade VIII participated in Inter-school competition 'Abhivyakti' organised by Gyan Mandir Public School in the event 'Kitchen Wizards' in which participants had to perform simple experiments to check food adulteration in different food items and secured 3rd position amongst more than 70 participated schools across Delhi-NCR.

The Model of United Nation (MUN) 2021 (IPL Mega Auction) was organized by DAV Public School, Ashok Vihar. Rohan Raj of Vandana International School also participated in the same (Team–Sunrises, Hyderabad) was conferred the runner up position.

Debate Competition

One could actually see the future leaders in the contestants.
This year Saanvi Bhati of class XII Commerce group has made us proud by winning the debate competition and securing third position at
DHARA UTSAV & LITERARY FEST, organised by N.K.Bagrodia Global School, Dwarka, sec 17 which gave a platform to the students to showcase her oratory and artistry talent.
Saanvi reported that all the participants were the students with equal calibre and potential , some stood out shining brighter than the others when they presented their views on the topic ". Social media platforms have brought cultural decadence in our country ". There were so many notable points presented by each team but the point presented by Saanvi Bhati was the game-changer as she brought to light many of the hidden facts about social media platforms. VIS firmly believes that by participating in such competitions,Students get an opportunity to display their skills and connect over a virtual knowledge exchange platform.

MONTAGE 2.0 Heritage Walk

MONTAGE 2.0 Heritage Walk was the interschool competition organised by Vidya Mandir Public School in which students had to prepare the virtual vlog on any Indian Heritage.
Mehak Goel of class VII prepared the virtual vlog on Lepakshi Temple situated in Andhra Pradesh in which she was given the title of “Special Mention”.

Dhara Utsav

“Great Dancers are not great because of their technique; they are great because of their passion”. Harsh of class VII mesmerized the Judges with his dance moves and won the prestigious 3rdPosition in Dhara Utsav- beyond movement held by N.K. Bargodia Global School. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS

This Inter-school mime competition was organised by Adarsh Public School wherein the students of Vandana International School bagged the first position. Our Vandanites depicted the theme of “How inclusiveness eradicates inequality” and enthralled the audience with their magnificent dramatic performance, brilliant gestures and body movements. The competition was adjudged under the criteria of innovation, coordination, presentation and expression.

State Level (Folk Dance)Competition

Tapping to the rythm with perfect synchronisation of eye and hand movements is all what makes a good dancer. 
 It's very a proud moment for our school when Vani Suryavanshi of CLASS XII was felicitated on 6th February 2021 by the department with the cash prize of Rs 2000/- during the Award Ceremony of Kala Utsav 2020-21. 
She bagged III Position in State Level (Folk Dance)Competition organised by Directorate of Education.

We are glad to share with you all that Sarthak Sharma of class IX and Kanishka Mehan of class XII won Ist Consolation Prizes in the events named Technowiz and Talking Titans respectively. Vanya Sharma of class 5 bagged Second Position in the Interschool competition Steamania organized by Gurugram Global Heights School. Family- Canvas of Love

The High court of Delhi organised Painting competition to celebrate the success of family courts.The competition was for school students and was held in 17 schools across Delhi. The theme of the competition was ‘Family- Canvas of Love’.

It is a pride moment once again for Vandana International School,Dwarka as one more star added to its glory.
Hriday Tanwar of our school bagged the 1st position among his peers and was awarded by Justice C. Hari Shankar at Felicitation ceremony on 9th December 2019 at High Court of Delhi. The ceremony was presided by honourable Justice Ms. Indira Banerjee , Judge Supreme Court, India.The guest of honour for the event was honourable Mr Justice D N Patel , Chief Justice, High Court of Delhi. The event was graced by the presence of honourable Ms Justice Hima Kohli, Chairperson, Family Courts Committee and various Judges of High court of Delhi as well as Family courts.

CRICKET TOURNAMENT

Hamdard public school, sangam Vihar organised “ Saiyid Hamid Memorial” cricket tournament from 9th DEC – 12 DEC ,2019.. The school team won runners up trophy in under-17 ,boys category .

Ishan Rana ,X has scored 23Runs and took 5 wickets and Shushant , XII , taken 6 wickets in the tournament .

SCHOOL SUPER LEAGUE

SSL is a critical thinking and knowledge based quiz contest that provides a unique platform for students.
Our students enthusiastically participated in the SSL which was conducted by Byjus.2 students of our school,Harsh Raj Singh,class V and Aditya Bishit, class IX qualified for second round, whereas class wise toppers were – Akshita Sharma, Class IV, Shagun Jha ,class VI,Daksh Barnwalia,class VII and Prateek Sharma, Class VIII.
Students once again made VIS team proud by showing their brilliant performance and proficiency in maths and science.
