Examination System

PRE-PRIMARY:

Pre-primary education provides a stimulating environment for an all-round development of the child which lays the foundation for a more formal approach to learning. Learning in the Pre-primary years is done through a thematic approach wherein each child’s unique interests, ability, personality and style of learning is recognized and can be evaluated. Children learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process through a high degree of participation, contribution and production. Evaluation happens through a continuous and interactive process involving group activities, presentations, worksheets, speaking and comprehension skills.

CLASSES: I-V:

To avoid stress and to make learning an enjoyable experience through acknowledging and aiming to meet the students’ diverse needs - physical, social, intellectual, aesthetic and cultural, the primary school focuses on the student’s need to know, understand and develop the ability to experiment, explore and discover as part of their schooling through an interactive environment.
The test cycles help the child to better adjust and adapt to the learning environment and assist the teachers and parents alike to mould the above-mentioned environment to the students' needs. The students are assessed internally on a regular basis through a checklist of assignments and observational activities in order to develop a sense of curiosity and the desire to explore. This helps evaluate their areas of achievements and to work on their weak areas for further improvement.

CLASS: VI-XII:

Students are taught to be life-long learners through independent thinking, critical reading, writing and analytical skills. The activities are selected to enhance the interest of students in the subject besides relating the information with their daily life to develop better understanding.
