Career Conclave 2023
Career fairs are designed to give students the opportunity to explore career avenues and develop professional acumen. It helps students not only for their first ventures into the professional world but also relevant for future job prospects.
Career fair also gives students a positive start in their career search as well as valuable skills for future career searches.
The students of class IX and XI along with their mentor teachers, put together a phenomenal show which comprised of more than 50 presentations, talk shows and panel discussions. Every possible domain in science, commerce and humanities stream was covered in the event.
To adjudicate the event we had Ms Supreet kaur, Counselor, NLP certified coach, lifeskills trainer, published author and founder of Hidden Potentials along with Mr Sujeet Kumar Mishra, visiting faculty IIT JEE, ex faculty FIITJEE, ex columnist Tiede Science Magazine, Helsinki, Finland and Ms Tanushree a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with over 12yrs of teaching experience.
The judges were highly impressed by the confidence and conviction of the presenters and chose the most innovative, flawless and the most enterprising presentations.
They also honoured the most eloquent, persuasive and the most articulate speaker of the day.
All the winners were felicitated with certificates and awards.
And we are extremely grateful to our Academic Director Akansha Tandon ma’am, the backbone of the institution also the brain child of the event, given a platform to the students.

air was chirpier than usual and the atmosphere was abuzz with excitement as the
school organised its 8th Career Conclave, 2022 on the 19 November 2022 for
students of classes X and XII.

Career Fair 2021,Day -2
We strongly believe in the notion that education is essential for the enlightenment of an individual. In an endeavour to provide our students with meaningful experiences to enhance their college and career readiness, a digital career conclave was organised from 17 -18 November 2021, for both parents and students of classes IX -XII.
Career Fair, the participants witnessed 23 tailor made sessions that focused on providing a multifarious perspective of the various career fields. The sessions were exclusive for each stream i.e.Commerce,Humanities &Vocational.
The information regarding the following career options was disseminated by eminent personalities:
Civil Services as a career by Mr.Aditya Vikram Yadav, IAS
. Mr.Jaspal Singh ,IPS.(Joint Commissioner of Police)
MBA by Dr.Kartik Yadav,Assistant Professor IIM Nagpur.
Mass Communication by Mr.Ravish Ranjan Shukla, Journalist, Sr.Special Correspondent NDTV .
Career in Law by Ms.Neelam Tyagi,Senior Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law,Delhi.
Chartered Accountancy by Mr.Rahul Jain, CA & Mr.Shashank Agarwal ,CA,Ex.Chairman,NIRCof CA Institute.
In addition,students also showcased their talent and intrinsic coveted skills by way of PowerPoint presentations, role plays ,panel discussions and animation movies.
The School Vice Principal Mrs.Purnima Thakur presented the vote of thanks to culminate the event.
Under the able guidance of our dynamic and versatile Academic Director, Ms.Akansha Tandon Ma'am, the VIS team put together an excellent career conclave.
CAREER FAIR 2021 (day 1)
Vandana international school hosted the yearly interactive two day career fair on 17th and 18th November2021, for the students from 9 to 12 and their parents. The event commenced with a mesmerising ode to the almighty Krishna Stuti.
In enlightening speech the academic director Mrs Akanksha Tandon mentioned the importance of this sort of exposure and was glad that the students now have a wider world to explore. In her address she welcomed the guests and the audience, emphasising on the idea of nurturing the vision building a strong foundation for the youth of the country. There were numerous professionals from various renowned institutions who appraised the students and gave an insightful talk on how and what career option to choose.They interacted with the audience and informed them about various processes regarding exams and admissions. Through such events meaningful experiences are provided to students to enhance their college and career readiness by providing them with The tools and pathways of their future.
Day one consisted of Fields related to non-medical and medical subjects. Different guests were invited who guided children about different careers .Mr Arjun Gupta ,Associate director TMLABS Guided students about engineering. Col.Ajay Sood and lighted children to join NDA.It was followed by Dr M.C. Mishra who is retired director from AIIMS, he guided children about medicine .we also had Ms. Anushree Ghai a senior psychologist at me she guided children about career in psychology Dr Kaushik Banerjee who is the scientist with national TigerConservation Authority’s tiger cell.The entire guidance is very much beneficial for the students.

VIS Career Fair 2020 (Day 1)
Vandana International School, Dwarka hosted their 8th Career Fair on 21 November, 2020 for students from classes VIII to XII and their parents.
The event commenced with a mesmerizing ode to the almighty, the Ganesh Stuti by the Indian Choir of our school.
This was followed by a mesmerizing dance performance.
In her enlightening speech, the Academic Director, Ms. Akansha Tandon welcomed the Guest of honor Mr. Pradeep Khatri,Managing Director-Digividyapeeth and mentioned the importance of this sort of exposure. She was glad that students now have a wider world to explore.
Ms. Jyotsna Bhardwaj, Director, EIE and the keynote speaker for the day, felicitated our esteemed Academic Director with a token of appreciation, and then addressed the audience, emphasizing on the idea of nurturing the vision for building a strong foundation for the youth of the country.
She also interacted with the students and informed them about various processes regarding exams and admissions.
Students and the parents were given the opportunity to view and assess a whole range of Career options related to Science stream open to the students in India and Abroad. Under the guidance of our School Counselor Ms. Preeti Sinha, the VIS team put together an excellent career fair. The event, first time held virtually, proved to be an enriching experience for all who attended.
