With immense pride, Vandana International School (VIS) embarked on an extraordinary intellectual journey by hosting Delhi’s first-ever ISRO Vikram Sarabhai Space Science Exhibition from 17–19 December 2025. This landmark event brought the wonders of space exploration and scientific innovation closer to students, educators, and the wider community.

The exhibition was formally inaugurated by Dr. Dhananjay Joshi, Professor of Education, GGSIPU, along with Mr. Paresh Sarvaiya, Former Head, VSSE and Scientist Engineer (SG), SAC–ISRO, and Mrs. Urvashi Bhat, Scientist Engineer (SE), DES–ISRO. The occasion was further graced by the presence of the School Chairman, Dr. V. P. Tandon ; Co-Founder Dr. Vandana Tandon ; and Vice Chairman, Mr. Harsh Tandon. The distinguished dignitaries highlighted the significance of scientific thinking and applauded ISRO’s continuous efforts in nurturing young minds and promoting innovation at the school level.

Designed to foster scientific temper, creativity, and curiosity, the exhibition provided students with a dynamic platform to demonstrate their conceptual understanding and practical application of science. The three-day event witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 15,000 visitors, including students, teachers, and parents. A wide range of student presented models on themes such as space technology, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, robotics, environmental conservation, and sustainable development, with ISRO-inspired exhibits and space exploration projects emerging as key attractions.

The exhibition concluded with a valedictory ceremony, marked by an inspiring address from Ms. Kamaljeet Sehrawat, Honourable Member of Parliament**, who commended the exceptional quality of the student projects and encouraged participants to pursue careers in science, technology, and research.

The ISRO Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition stands as a remarkable academic milestone for Vandana International School, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees and reaffirming the institution’s unwavering commitment to experiential learning, scientific inquiry, and the nurturing of future scientists and innovators.
